When your gut says something isn’t right it’s not that tuna sandwich you ate.

Hi, there, have you ever had a gut feeling? It’s called mothers, intuition never second guess yourself it’s real. You get a feeling something is wrong one day with your child they aren’t, acting right tends to be more sluggish than usual and won’t consume any foods. You start to question it. and google like a crazy woman searching for every harmful illness. Colds and flu, that is known. Believe me, I’ve done it many times until you realize everything on the internet isn’t the symptoms your child is experiencing. what should you do? I tell you to relax unless your kid has got a fever. Then medicine or a pediatrician is needed. The digestive tract gets backed up. A lot when they are young give them more water to drink and keeping them hydrated. Also to mention everyone should be drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day. They say 8 glasses recommend but let’s be real. You know you might have only 4 that day.

You could try this technique by putting the toddler on their backs. Then pulling the knees gently up to their stomach a couple of times. It should relieve the gas that’s blocked. Also get things moving, for a poop. You might want to include more fibre in their diets. fruits and vegetables. watermelon and strawberries are full of fibre. Remember to follow the dietary recommendations. For every age group, provide the right amount for toddlers. One small wedge of watermelon, and 3-4 large cut-into-small pieces of strawberries they, don’t need to finish all of it. All that watery fibre will do the trick. Prunes also work but from my experience with its way too strong and the poop didn’t stop lol. It was only two tablespoons, but what didn’t work for me might work for you I’m just sharing my experience. Plus the knowledge. If it has been over two days since they last pooped try this before calling your participation. Gripe water trusts me, it works. mother, to mother, share your experience I would like to read it. What are Your thoughts on this gassy topic? lol
